Color Steel Roof Mountings

Color steel tiles are commonly used in light steel structure buildings, such as standardized factories and warehouses. Light steel structure buildings using lightweight color steel tiles for roofs allow for large spans, making them ideal for large-scale solar panel installations. Urban industrial parks often consist of numerous, large-scale, interconnected standardized factories, frequently capable of housing solar power plants of tens of megawatts at a time.

Color steel tiles are constructed by wrapping foam boards with thin metal sheets, making it difficult to secure the solar panels using traditional methods. Specialized "Clamping Hooks" are required. It is earthquake-resistant, fireproof, rainproof, long-lasting, and maintenance-free, suitable for industrial or civil buildings, warehouses, special buildings, and roofs of large-span steel structure houses.

II. Application Industrial plant areas typically consist of contiguous standard factory buildings with open, flat roofs. Their large number and area facilitate the large-scale installation of photovoltaic (PV) power generation system components. Generally, a single factory building can support a PV power station with a generating capacity of tens of megawatts. Therefore, Color Steel Roof Mountings are arguably the best choice for large-capacity distributed PV systems.

III. Support Selection PV mounting systems mainly consist of rails and supports, usually available as pre-made or custom-made products. Materials include aluminum alloy, carbon steel, and stainless steel. Aluminum alloy is lightweight, and the rails in the PV panels are made of aluminum alloy.
